Dooplay requires a license key to access all its features and updates.

It is important to keep a valid license activated on your website with DooPlay, this will guarantee the correct functioning of the modules and tools that our product can offer you.

The license format is a 32 character alphanumeric text string, a hash in , if your license key does not have the above format it is most likely not a valid License.

License Activations

Our licenses have a limit of activations established for each type of requirement, remember that it will only count activations on websites that are online, activations on Localhost will not consume the number of activations in your license.

Guarantee

When requesting support remember that this will only be extended to online websites and in the amount that is described in your type of license, take into account that you will maintain your activation limit previously established for your license.

Support and updates

All updates and access to support are available for all types of licenses and their duration is lifetime.

Early access

Early Access Capability licenses will allow you to access private Beta versions, it is recommended if you are a theme developer or actively involved in DooPlay code modifications.

Manage license

To manage your license you must enter your account on our website at doothemes.com, you will find the "Licenses" tab, just select the license you want to manage.

Upon entering you will find a list of websites that were activated with your license, you will have the only option to deactivate the websites that no longer require the activation of your license.

Change license key

Transfer license

  1. In the "Subject" field, indicate "Transfer License".

  2. In the message, include the email address of the user previously registered on our website.

  3. In response, you will be asked for an authorization key that will be sent to your purchase email beforehand. You must include this key in your response so that any of our operators can transfer the license to the new user.

  4. This action assigns a new license key to the new owner.

  5. This action is irreversible, only the new owner can request a new transfer.

License status

DooPlay licenses can only be defined in 3 states that we will explain in detail below.

Inactive

Inactive is the default status for keys. These are keys that either have never been used or have been made available and reset to inactive manually.

Active

An active status means the key has been activated by a customer, and is valid. A key is set to active only by being activated by a customer.

Disabled

A key will be set as Disabled when a purchase is Revoked or Refunded, or may be set so manually.

There is a possibility that you do not recognize certain activations, it is likely that your license key has been leaked or shared without your consent, just to make a license key change.

This action must be formally requested from our and you must indicate the purchase email address in the "Your e-mail" field, now you just have to follow the following steps for a successful transfer.
